The Art and Culture Development Foundation was founded in 2017 to promote the culture of Uzbekistan internationally. It spreads the national heritage through developing and supporting initiatives in the fields of fine arts and architecture, literature, theatre, music, craft, design and dance. The mission of the Foundation is to create an accessible environment in the country's cultural institutions, to contribute to the renovation of museums, and to develop cultural patronage and professional training for the arts and culture sector. In November 2022, the Foundation is launching an exhibition at the Louvre Museum in Paris, dedicated to the cultural heritage of Uzbekistan.
