Crafting Europe

The Crafting Europe project is a partnership between nine European craft organisations, supported by Creative Europe. The project initiated in 2019 and running until 2022 aims to strengthen the crafts sector in Europe through coordinating research and multiple activities. A specialised research programme looks into effective transnational policy development, while activities promote capacity building. Crafting Business is a professional training programme which aims to share knowledge that will help young professionals develop their craft businesses and skills. iAtelier is an innovative programme which promotes the use of new digital fabrication technologies in craft practice.
Through open calls, Crafting Europe invite European participants to sign up to the activities on offer.
