The Benyamini Contemporary Ceramics Center in Tel Aviv is a not-for-profit cultural institution which fosters professional ceramicists, amateurs and clay enthusiasts.
It aims to create a dialogue between the various aspects of ceramic art, and to extend its scope in the broad spectrum of material culture.
The center is a hub for Israel’s new trends and approaches to contemporary ceramics; extending the boundaries of clay, and using clay to express thought provoking concepts. As well, incorporating innovative ideas and the latest technological inventions. Across two gallery spaces regular exhibitions are held, showcasing the ceramic work from established and emerging talents. The fully equipped studio offers annual clay classes, masterclasses and workshops with visiting local and international artists. The centre also provides scholarships for young ceramic graduates, international residency programs, community outreach programs and an extended reference library.
